Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Machine Operator to join our team at our new facility located in Sugar Notch, PA. You will play a key role in producing high-quality cabinetry components, ensuring precision and adherence to our rigorous standards.

Responsibilities

+ Follow detailed technical drawings of cabinetry components to produce end products of the highest standard.

+ Effectively and safely operate a variety of woodworking machinery including CNC drills, edge banders, glue machines, and hand tools.

+ Participate in the training and mentoring of Trainee Machine Operators.

+ Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure high-quality standards are met, reporting any quality issues to management and the QC team.

+ Operate machines, move and remove parts as required for cleaning processes.

+ Adhere to stated policies and procedures regarding health and safety in the workplace.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, general labor, and the manufacturing industry.

+ Proficiency in machine operation and assembly.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

+ Experience with industrial machinery and hand tools.

+ Previous manufacturing experience.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Organizational skills.

+ Flexibility, commitment, and punctuality.

+ Previous machine operating experience within a manufacturing environment.

+ Good knowledge of manufactured products.

+ Awareness of health and safety regulations.

+ Ability to use a tape measure accurately.

Work Environment

Work in a newly built manufacturing facility with a first shift schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. The environment is not temperature controlled, and employees are eligible for a perfect attendance bonus in addition to their hourly wage.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sugar Notch, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
