Job Title: Brake Press Operator** **Job Description

As a Brake Press Operator, you will be responsible for loading sheets of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel onto tables, unloading them after parts are cut, and using a belt sander to clean up the parts. You will also use a grinder to clean the edges of parts, label parts, box and palletize orders with labels, drive a forklift, and unload delivery trucks. Additionally, you will operate the brake press.

Responsibilities

+ Load and unload sheets of steel, aluminum, and stainless steel onto and from tables.

+ Use a belt sander to clean up parts and a grinder to clean edges.

+ Label parts, box, and palletize orders with appropriate labels.

+ Drive a forklift to manage materials and unload delivery trucks.

+ Operate the brake press efficiently and safely.

Essential Skills

+ Proficiency in general labor tasks.

+ Experience with production work.

+ Skilled in using hand and power tools.

+ Forklift operation experience.

+ Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience in grinding and sanding.

+ Capability to label, box, and palletize effectively.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
