Aerotek is hiring General Laborer-Pay $19-23/hr DOE!

What You’ll Do:

+ Install metal fences and frames on a robotics floor.

+ Use hand and power tools (drills, impact drivers, hammers, torque wrenches).

+ Drill into concrete and handle repetitive lifting (up to 50 lbs).

+ Keep your work area clean and safe.

+ Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

What We’re Looking For:

+ Comfortable using tools and reading a tape measure.

+ Physically able to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

+ Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused.

+ Experience in construction, carpentry, or production is a plus.

**Pay:** $19–$23/hour

Shifts:

+ **1st Shift:** 4:30 AM – 2:00 PM

+ **2nd Shift:** 2:30 PM – 12:30 AM

+ (Monday–Friday, some flexibility required)

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
