Job Title: Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technician for our 3rd shift, working from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM, or until the tasks are completed. Currently, there is an expectation of 50-60 hours a week, including overtime. This role is crucial to ensuring the smooth operation of our plant systems, including electrical switchgear, distribution, control instruments, motors, and various plant systems such as air, water, steam, and cooling.

Essential Skills

+ Proficient in electrical and mechanical maintenance.

+ Experience with PLC troubleshooting.

+ Ability to conduct preventive maintenance.

+ Experience with conduit and conveyor maintenance.

+ Skill in blueprint interpretation.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ High school education or equivalent.

+ Vocational, career, or related technical studies (Technical Degree) required.

+ Two to five years of industrial electro-mechanical experience.

+ Ability to use shop mathematics and interpret complex drawings.

+ Experience with precision measuring instruments and operating general-purpose machines.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of New Holland, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $35.00/hr.
