Forklift Operator – Immediate Openings

Pay:

+ 1st Shift: $18.14/hour (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday–Friday)

+ 3rd Shift: $19.64/hour (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM, Sunday–Thursday)

Job Description:

We are seeking skilled **Forklift Operators** to join our team. This role involves operating forklifts to move materials and products throughout the warehouse while maintaining safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Operate stand-up or sit-down forklifts to transport materials and products within the warehouse.

+ Load and unload items from trucks, shelves, racks, and pallets.

+ Utilize RF scanners for inventory management and order picking.

+ Perform general labor tasks as needed to support warehouse operations.

+ Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

+ Minimum 6 months of experience operating stand-up or sit-down forklifts.

+ Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.

+ Basic math skills for accurate inventory management.

+ Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.

Work Environment:

+ Manufacturing and production setting with exposure to moving machinery and varying temperatures.

+ Facility is not climate-controlled: hot in summer, normal in winter.

+ Approximately 300 employees work indoors.

+ Dress code: steel-toed footwear, jeans or shorts.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Council Bluffs, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.50 - $19.00/hr.
