    Overview

    **Scope of Responsibilities:** Worksunderminimalsuperv1s1onof theSrDirectorofHealthcareOperations. Providescentralizedsupportto the retail pharmacystoreteams to achieve pharmacyservice goalsrelated to programssuchasmedicationtherapy management and medication adherence.Follows standardprocedures to accomplish assigned tasks.

    **Job** **Summary:** Completetasks related tosupportingoperationswithinthe pharmacy.Activitieswill relate to clinical programsupport,immunizationworkflowandcompliance,communication andknowledge base management, and pharmacistschedulingandpayrollfunctions.

    Responsibilities

    Job Duties:

    + Centrally prepareStars,TIPs andCMRsfor patients assigned tostoresin the MTM platformsoftwareComplete techniciandriven targetedinterventionsinOutcomes.

    + Reconcile the allergy and medicationlistfrom the MTMsoftwarewith the prescription history in

    + Transcribe the TIPsoralerts fromtheMTMsoftwaretotheCMRWorksheet

    + SubmittheCMRWorksheet to the Manager of PharmacyServicesfor

    + ProvideCMRworksheets to pharmacy teamsforcases

    + Communicatewith pharmacystafftoensure completion ofprepped

    + Completetechdriven TIPs in the OutcomesMTM

    + Support off siteflu

    + Act as aliaisonbetween thestoreand theclinic

    + Coordinate execution ofthe

    + Workwith storeteamsandRegional Pharmacy Managersto select clinic

    + Coordinatemarketing materialsfor each

    + Track scheduledandcompletedclinics usingtheFluClinic Tr

    + Support appropriatebilling of

    + Support appropriaterecord keepingfor vaccinat

    + Help maintain patient records in the

    + Aid pharmacistsinobtainingaccess to theH

    + Support storelevelcompliance withvaccinationregulations

    + TrackCPRand Hep B Vaccinationstatus

    + Coordinate communication tothestoreteams

    + Assign and track

    + Senddailyemails.

    + Maintainresources in task

    + Createstheworking scheduling for

    + Prepares payrollforRegionalHealthcareManager toapprove andresolves payroll issueswhen

    + Maintainspharmacist and technicianlicensingand

    + Participate in additional pharmacyservice-relatedprojectsas

    + Maintainconfidentialityregarding allpatient

    + Must keepcurrent with allState andFederal requirements relatedto conditions of

    + Responsible for completingall mandatoryandregulatory training

    + Perform other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    Preferred: Previous experience in pharmacy operations

    Educational Requirements:

    + Minimum: High School Diploma or GED

    Special Conditions of Employment:

    + Drug test

    + Initial and continuous exclusion and sanction/disciplinary monitoring

    + Any and all additional eligibility requirements based on the specific position

    Compensation:

    $20.00-25.00 an hour

     

    The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience and education.
