Team Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and versatile individual to join our facilities team to support the day-to-day operations of our facility. The role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment, as well as performing preventive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, and must be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Additional responsibilities include operating a forklift, being available for on-call duties and overtime as needed, and providing assistance to the mailroom with sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail. This role requires a proactive and hands-on individual committed to maintaining the functionality and efficiency of our facilities.

Essential Duties

+ Work with the facilities team on the day-to-day operations of the facility.

+ Troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining mechanical equipment as necessary.

+ Perform preventive maintenance

+ Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry.

+ Ability to lift 50lbs.

+ Ability to be on-call and work overtime.

+ Ability to drive a forklift.

+ Occasionally assist the mail room with sorting, and distributing incoming and outgoing mail as needed.

Qualifications Required

+ H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required

+ 2+ years relevant experience required

+ Must be able to travel in-office 5 days a week.

+ Ability to drive a forklift.

Base salary and/or rate of pay ranges listed are exclusive of fringe benefits and potential bonuses. Individual compensation offers will be determined based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, relevant candidate experience and skill, education, and/or qualifications.

Base Salary Range: $52,000-$71,500
