    Delaware North Parks and Resorts is hiring a full-time or part-time HR Coordinator to join our team at Wuksachi Lodge in Sequoia National Park, California. As a Human Resources Coordinator, you will be responsible for serving as a primary point of contact for routine inquiries while ensuring accurate systems, documentation, and onboarding processes.     Pay

    $24.00 - $29.00 / hour

    What will you do?

     

    + Serve as the first point of contact for HR and housing inquiries, providingtimelyresponsesand escalating issues when necessary

    + Support onboarding and offboarding by scheduling start dates, coordinating orientation, processing exits, and managing relatedlogistics

    + Guide team members in using HR systems and resources including Workday, OKTA, policies, benefits, and training materials

    + Maintainaccuratepayroll, personnel files, housing records, and compliance documentation; distribute paychecks andassistwith audits

    + Coordinate housing operations such as move-ins, move-outs, inspections, documentation, and housing-related events

    + Manage calendars and organize training sessions, ensuring deadlines, materials, and resources are prepared and available

    More about you

    + High school degree or GEDrequired, PHRcertification preferred

    + Minimum of 1 year of administrative or HRsupportexperience

    + Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and experience using WorkDay oracomparable HRIS system

    + Must have a valid California driver’s license

    + Bilingual preferred

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

    + Excellent communication and customer service skills

    + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

    + Must be able to work and live on-site at Sequoia National Park - employee housing provided near Wuksachi Lodge
