Now Hiring – 3rd Shift Warehouse Associate (Temp-to-Hire)
Location – Thomson, GA
**Pay:** $ 18.25/hr
PDS Tech is seeking reliable warehouse professionals to support overnight operations for a high-volume distribution environment. This is a long-term, temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability, full-time hours, and paid training with industry-standard equipment.

Responsibilities:
+ Receive, transfer, and label pallets in staging areas
+ Pick, scan, and replenish materials for production and order fulfillment
+ Operate pallet jacks and powered industrial equipment (certification provided)
+ Use RF scanners to track inventory movement and counts
+ Maintain warehouse organization using lean/5S principles
+ Follow safety, quality, and productivity expectations every shift
Shift & Physical Requirements:
+ Overnight / 3rd Shift schedule; full shift commitment required
+ Overtime required as needed based on business demand
+ Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting 25–50 lbs
+ Fast-paced warehouse with equipment and moving machinery
Requirements:
+ Must pass background screening and drug test
+ Must meet attendance and reliability expectations
+ Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred

**Pay Details:** $18.25 per hour
