Overview
Carle Health is seeking a full-time **Advanced Practice Provider** to join our established Family Practice, Urgent Care, and Occupational Health team in Peoria Heights, Illinois.
Opportunity Details
+ Join a growing team with an experienced Advanced Practice Provider and dedicated support staff
+ Our providers currently see patients for Primary, Occupational Health, and Urgent Care/walk-In.
+ Average 20-35 patients/day per provider
+ Clinic Hours are Mon – Fri 8 AM – 6 PM and Sat 9 AM – 4 PM
+ Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination
+ **Carle Health is a not-for-profit organization with public service loan forgiveness eligibility**
Education Requirements:
+ Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
+ Candidates with a strong interest in/experience in Urgent Care or Occupational Health are encouraged to apply
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
+ Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
+ _Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to perform minor procedures such as splinting, suturing, removal of foreign body in eye, ear, and more_
+ Candidates must have additional training in Occupational Medicine including becoming a Certified Medical Examiner through FMCSA within 6 months of hire date and certified through the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC)

Compensation and Benefits
The compensation range for this position is $120,000 - $130,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
