    **Compensation:** $30.00 - $36.00/hr

    Required Qualifications

    + Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

    + Must be 18 years or older

    + Must have high school diploma or GED equivalent

    + 6 - 8 years’ industrial maintenance experience

    + Minimum of 3 years of electrical skills

    + Experienced using computers and a computerized maintenance management control system (SAP).

    + Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed

    + Required to work a 5X8 schedule running from Monday through Friday

    + Ability to breakdown and setup patty formers

    + Working knowledge of Wielder mixers and grinders

    Principal Accountabilities

    + SAP/ maintenance and reliability

    + Coordinating special projects

    + Ability to utilize measuring devices

    + Engagement meetings with other shifts

    + PM optimization

    + Leading team on daily shift expectations

    + Work on hydraulics, pneumatics, and mechanical functions

    + Advanced safety knowledge to include permit procedures, hazardous chemicals, and process safety Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and CMMS software

    Preferred Qualifications

    + Previous Cargill experience

    + Meat processing equipment

    + Coordinating team efforts
