    **Compensation:** $22.15/hr

    Principal Accountabilities

    + Knowledge of product specifications and general operations

    + Possess knowledge of food safety and sanitation polices

    + Monitor product and confidently uphold product quality

    + Train personnel to identify between acceptable product and product that does not meet Cargill’s quality standard

    + Instruct and support line employees on job performance

    + Communicate with leads, supervisors, and managers on the production floor

    + Provide support for the area superintendent

    Required Qualifications

    + Must be able to taste samples of finished product to make sure it meets customer specifications and document any findings

    + Must have the ability to train and coach employees on product specifications and quality

    + The ability to recognize a problem and demonstrate good decision-making skills

    + Must be able to speak, read, & write in EnglishMust have Microsoft Excel skills

    + Able to lift 40 lbs

    + Internal candidates only: Good Attendance /Safety record requirements are as follows: 4 points or less on attendance and no written warnings on safety

    + Must have the ability to perform the above job requirements for both frozen and fresh ground beef processes

    + Must be available to work weekends and extended hours – until production shift is completed

    + Must be able to cover between shifts upon business needs/Supervisor request with up to less than 24 hour notice
