    Description:

    Tutor Perini is seeking an early-to-mid career **AI Solutions Architect** to join our **Data, AI, and Reporting Technologies (DART)** team. This role focuses on designing and deploying **AI-driven solutions** , including **intelligent agents, predictive analytics models, and conversational chatbots** , to enhance automation and decision-making across the enterprise.

     

    You will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure AI solutions are **ethical, explainable, and aligned with Tutor Perini’s governance and compliance standards** .

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Agent Development **:** Build and deploy AI-powered agents that automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.

    + Predictive Analytics **:** Design and implement machine learning models that forecast project performance, resource needs, and risk factors.

    + Conversational AI **:** Develop and maintain chatbots and virtual assistants to streamline communication and support self-service analytics.

    + AI Governance **:** Ensure all models comply with Tutor Perini’s AI Acceptable Use Policy, including bias detection, explain ability, and human oversight.

    + 3rd-Part AI Tools: Investigate and evaluate new 3rd-party AI solutions for integration into Tutor Perini’s AI architecture.

    + Integration **:** Collaborate with data engineers to integrate AI models into Microsoft Fabric pipelines and enterprise systems.

    + Continuous Improvement **:** Monitor model performance, retrain as needed, and optimize for scalability and accuracy.

    Requirements:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field.

    + 2+ years of experience in AI development and deployment.

    + Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.

    + Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks with an emphasis on applying pre-trained models and foundational models in practical settings.

    + Proficiency in Python for AI development and automation.

    + Familiarity with LLM-based solutions and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).

    + Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and other Microsoft AI integrations.

    + Experience with API integration and deploying AI models into production environments.

    + Understanding of data governance and ethical AI principles.

    + Understanding of Project Management and development pipelines.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Machine Learning, and Power Platform AI tools, including advanced capabilities such as Copilot Studio, Copilot for Microsoft Fabric, and Azure AI services.

    + Knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and chatbot frameworks.

    + Certifications: Microsoft AI Engineer Associate (AI-102) or equivalent (preferred, not required).
