    LaSante Health Center is seeking a Certified Nutritionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized nutrition counseling to help patients achieve their health goals, manage chronic conditions, and promote overall wellness.

    Responsibilities:

    + Assess and develop personalized nutrition plans for patients.

    + Educate patients on healthy eating, disease prevention, and weight management.

    + Support chronic disease management through nutrition.

    + Collaborate with healthcare providers for comprehensive care.

    + Lead nutrition workshops and stay updated on nutrition trends.

    + Maintain accurate patient records and provide food security resources.

    Qualifications:

    + Certified Nutritionist

    + Prior healthcare or clinical experience.

    + Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
