Job Summary:

ACCOUNTABILITIES

*All duties listed below are essential unless noted otherwise*

+ Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network devices.

+ Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolutions.

+ Monitor network performance and implement necessary optimizations.

+ Configure and manage network security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs.

+ Maintain network documentation and diagrams.

+ Stay up to date with the latest networking technologies and industry best practices.

+ Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth network operations.

+ Participate in on-call rotation for network emergencies.

+ Other duties as assigned.

This position can be worked remote.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

**Education** : Advanced education or equivalent experience in Information Technology.

**Skills** : Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP, etc.). Proficiency in network hardware and software (routers, switches, firewalls, etc.). Experience with network monitoring and analysis tools. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Possess strong project, task, and time management skills. Must maintain knowledge of current IT and healthcare trends.

**Certification** : Multiple CCNP (Route/Switch, Data Center, Security, etc.) ECNP

**Physical Demands:** Must be able to move about facilities and between workstations. Must be able to occasionally move, lift, and/or carry medium weight objects and materials.

Salary Range: $57,200 - $139,256
