Requirements
Key Responsibilities
+ Payroll Processing:
+ Managemulti-state payrollandprevailing wage complianceusing top payroll systems (ADP, Paylocity, Paychex).
+ Calculate wages, overtime, deductions, and benefits accurately.
+ Handle payroll for U.S. and Canadian employees.
+ Compliance & Reporting:
+ Prepare and filepayroll tax returnsand statutory reports.
+ Maintain accurate payroll records for audits and reporting.
+ Process Improvement:
+ Identify opportunities forautomationand efficiency.
+ Collaborate with finance on reconciliations and month-end reporting.
Qualifications
+ Education & Experience:
+ Accounting degree or equivalent experience.
+ 5+ years of certified payroll experience(multi-state preferred).
+ Technical Skills:
+ Proficiency inADP, Paylocity, Concuror similar payroll software.
+ Strong knowledge ofpayroll tax regulations, compliance, andprevailing wage laws.
+ Core Competencies:
+ High attention to detail and accuracy.
+ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
+ Integrity in handling sensitive financial data.
