• Bilingual Customer Center Representative

    **Job Title:** Bilingual Call Center Representative

    + **Location:** Austin, TX (Onsite)

    + **Pay Range:** $22/hr - Weekly Pay

    + **Shift:** 8 hour shift between 7am - 7pm.

     

    What’s the Job?

     

    + Respond to a high volume of phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner.

    + Provide accurate information on eligibility, claims status, and program details.

    + Assist with problem resolution and navigate complex inquiries.

    + Document all customer interactions clearly and accurately in online systems.

    + Transfer callers to appropriate specialized units as needed.

     

    What’s Needed?

     

    + Must be local to the Austin, Texas area. This is a fully onsite role.

    + A recent minimum of 6 months of experience in a verifiable, high-volume call center environment.

    + Fluent Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) are required.

    + Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.

    + Strong problem-solving abilities and a patient, customer-focused attitude
