Manufacturing Logistics Coordinator

Paying $21.00 hourly

**Location:** Tempe, AZ

**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM)

Our client, a leader in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a **Logistics Coordinator** to join their operations team supporting manufacturing. If you have experience as a **Shipping Clerk** , scheduling freight pickups, and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role is for you!

What’s the Job?

+ Act as a hands-on Shipping Clerk coordinating daily carrier notifications and pickup requests for completed shipments

+ Execute manifesting and invoicing of completed sales orders according to scheduled times

+ Provide ongoing work direction and problem-solving to meet business goals under company policies

+ Drive accountability and process discipline while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What’s Needed?

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Minimum 1 year of related experience or training

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and QuickBooks

+ Strong knowledge of logistics standards and methodologies

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Attention to detail and accuracy

+ Ability to prepare shipping documents (picklists, packing lists, bills of lading, labels, customs documents)

+ Skilled in coordinating order changes, expediting requests, and providing accurate shipment information

+ Experience scheduling carrier pickups and providing freight estimates

+ Ability to maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external carriers

+ Willingness to assist other warehouse functions during peak periods
