Adecco is seeking motivated **1st Shift Operators** for a **respected and innovative avionics company** in Clearwater, FL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who excel in performance, reliability, and engagement.
**Pay Rate:** $17.50 per hour (paid weekly)
Schedule:
• Regular Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.
• Training Schedule (Classroom Setting): Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–2:30 p.m. for 1–2 weeks
• Overtime: Not required, but available on weekdays and weekends as needed (up to 12-hour shifts)
Key Responsibilities:
• Masking and prepping small parts
• Cleaning components and performing detailed work requiring strong dexterity
• Utilizing basic computer skills to complete tasks (email, Microsoft Word, Excel)
• Maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Working independently—this is not a traditional assembly line; you will manage your own workflow and pace
Desired Qualities:
• Dependable and proactive
• Willing to ask questions and remain engaged
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to adhere to dress code and PPE guidelines
Dress Code / PPE:
• Casual attire (jeans or khakis; plain shirts without writing)
• Closed-toe shoes
• Required PPE provided as needed
**Pay Details:** $17.50 per hour
