    The Quality Analyst will be responsible for evaluating and improving the quality of our insurance processes and services. This role involves conducting audits, analyzing data, and collaborating with various teams to implement quality improvements.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

     

    + Conduct regular audits of insurance processes to ensure compliance with established standards.

    + Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

    + Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.

    + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.

    + Monitor and evaluate the performance of processes and services.

    + Provide training and support to staff on quality assurance practices.

    + Generate reports to track quality metrics and present findings to management.

    + Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    + Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality.

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    + Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (required)

    + Master's degree (preferred)

    + Minimum of 3 years’ experience in quality assurance within the insurance industry (required)

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

    + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional and diverse teams

    + Knowledge of industry regulations and standards

    + Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives.

    + Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

    + Experience with change management principles and practices

    + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

    + Proficiency in quality management software and tools
