    A day in the life:

     

    Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.

     

    What you’ll do as an Exceptional Team Member

     

    + Operate and control main freight elevators

    + Coordinates loading and unloading of freight to ensure proper and reliable handling and delivery

    + Provide general maintenance and elevator assistance

    + Perform all tasks in a safe manner

    + Communicate with supervisor, maintaining an open relationship

    + Maintain a high level of customer service

    + Performs routine maintenance tasks

    + Respond to special requests throughout the day

     

    What you’ll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member

     

    + High School Diploma

    + Minimum of (1) year commercial cleaning experience

    + Strong communication skills

    + Must be willing to work assigned hours

    + Requires constant standing/walking; frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds
