    Clearance Requirement: Active Secret Clearance is required to start

     

    Travel Requirements: Periodic local travel to customer sites; minimal out of area travel as required (<5%)

     

    SUMMARY: WR has an opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to support the DHYSL/WSN-11 project. This role is responsible for managing the full lifecycle of technical and engineering projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, cost, and quality while serving as a key point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.

    Position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

    + Manage projects through all phases of the lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/control, and closure.

    + Identify project requirements and develop risk management plans.

    + Develop cost estimates and prepare quotes in response to RFQs.

    + Monitor and control project schedules, budgets, quality, and risk.

    + Coordinate and lead meetings with customers and internal teams.

    + Supervise, train, and develop project staff.

    + Interview and hire personnel to meet project requirements.

    + Respond to customer inquiries and provide regular project status updates.

    + Prepare routine project status reports and deliverables.

    Candidates must possess the following knowledge, skills, and experience:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field .

    + Three (3)+ years of experience as a Project Manager of technical or engineering projects.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience leading a multi-discipline systems engineering project team.

    + Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

    + Working knowledge of FAR and DoD procurement policies and procedures.
