Basic Job Functions:

+ Monitor process of kettle to maintain continuous operation

+ Complete all shift reports for the day

+ Performs hourly inspections of the tubing

+ Provide direction and leadership to ensure accuracy of operation

+ Oversees the set-up, adjustments and change overs for all equipment of the machine

+ Performs preventative maintenance on the machine when necessary

+ Assist with changeover and operate crane or forklift as needed

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Supervisor and Manager Recommendation

+ 2-3 years of experience in a production environment

+ 1-2 year of leading a team in a Manufacturing/Industrial environment

Preferred Qualifications:

+ High school Diploma or GED

+ Significant work experience in a high volume manufacturing environment

+ Significant work and understanding of Hot Dip process

+ Ability to work in a team environment with strong, positive communication skills

+ Must know basic English reading, writing and math skills
