    As the Sales Manager for our USA Aluminum division, you’ll be the driving force behind revenue growth and customer success across your territory.

    You’ll:

    + Own the sales strategy for a portfolio of technical products and industrial solutions.

    + Lead and coach a high-performing team of sales engineers to hit quarterly and annual targets.

    + Build deep customer relationships through onsite visits, problem-solving, and strong technical support.

    + Identify new opportunities through prospecting, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.

    + Negotiate pricing, agreements, and terms that balance customer value with strong margins.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, supply chain, and customer service to deliver an exceptional experience.

    + Drive continuous improvement in CRM usage, forecasting, reporting, and sales processes.

    + Champion Pyrotek’s values while cultivating a positive, inclusive, high-trust team environment.

     

    What You'll Bring

     

    We’re looking for someone who blends leadership confidence with strong technical and commercial instincts.

    Required:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field

    + 5+ years in industrial sales + 2+ years leading teams (aluminum industry experience preferred)

    + Strong command of CRM systems (Visual CRM is a bonus)

    + Ability to sell complex technical solutions in industrial environments

    + Comfort reading drawings, understanding mechanical/electrical systems, and presenting technical content

    + Sharp business judgment, negotiation ability, and market awareness

    + Excellent communication skills with a talent for building trust

    + Ability to travel up to 50% (valid U.S. driver’s license + passport required)

    Working Environment

    Generally, work within an office and manufacturing environment. While/if working remotely, must establish and maintain a dedicated, distraction-free home office environment that supports productivity and confidentiality, and must maintain reliable connectivity for business purposes.  While working in a manufacturing environment, there may be exposure to fumes or airborne particles, varying temperatures, molten metal, a moderate level of noise, mechanical parts, and moving industrial vehicles.  Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as approved footwear, respirators, and safety glasses/goggles, may be required.
