+ **Cross-Functional Collaboration** Partner with teams across Walmart to ensure message consistency and business alignment.

+ **Agency and Budget Management** Manage external PR agencies, including budgeting, contracting, and performance tracking. Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable campaigns.

+ **Insights and Measurement** Use data, market insights, and media monitoring to evaluate impact, refine messaging, and optimize communications plans.

+ **GenAI Super User** Utilize technology tools including GenAI to ensure you and your team operate effectively and efficiently.

    What you’ll bring:

+ Great people leadership in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment, with the ability to develop a high-performing team and inspire them to deliver great results.

+ Ability to use data and landscape insights to inform and design communications strategies that break through the noise and resonate with target audiences.

+ A commanding and engaging executive presence to influence senior leadership.
