    Accounting Clerk

     

    The Opportunity

     

    The Accounting Clerk supports the fiscal operations of FCA by performing a variety of administrative and accounting tasks. This role helps ensure accurate financial recordkeeping, timely reporting, and effective support for the Fiscal Department

    Responsibilities

    + Provide support to members of the Fiscal team.

    + Collect and organize documentation to support claim submissions.

    + Accurately enter financial data into accounting systems and databases.

    + File and maintain organized records.

    + Assist with documentation requests for the annual audit.

    + Support monthly account reconciliations.

    Qualifications

    + High school diploma or equivalent

    + Minimum 1 year of office or accounting experience.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software.

    + Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

    + Ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion.

    + Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
