    We’re looking for a Safety and Sanitation Department Manager to become part of our fast-paced, team-focused distribution center where your work makes a real impact every day.

     

    **Shift:** 1st - Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

    **Pay:** $75k-$85k/yr

    **Warehouse Department Managers at Dollar Tree are responsible for** :

    + Support warehouse safety, sanitation, and Compliance Manager

    + Indirectly manage sanitation associates

    + Support ordering, inventory of safety supplies, PPE, and sanitation chemicals

    + Assist with new hire training, Safety Orientation, and ongoing compliance training

    + Review compliance with OSHA regulations, food safety standards, and company policies

    + Prepare for and support internal and external audits (ISO 22000, Eurofins, SGS, BRC)

    + Conduct inspections, incident investigations, root-cause analysis, and CAPA

    + Analyze data to identify trends and implement proactive improvements

    + Communicate effectively with hourly associates, peers, and senior leadership

    + Serve as a visible leader who drives accountability, empowerment, and operational excellence

    + Completing all responsibilities in accordance with company policies and procedures and in keeping with our non-negotiables of safety, sanitation, quality, and high operational standards

    Qualifications:

    + Minimum of three (3) years of experience in distribution, manufacturing, or warehouse operations

    + Solid knowledge of safety (OSHA regulations), sanitation, food safety (HACCP), and quality systems

    + Previous experience supporting ISO 22000 standards, Eurofins, SGF, BRC, or similar audits preferred

    + Strong leadership, analytical, organizational, and communication skills

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

    + Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

    + Flexible to work all shifts (days, nights, weekends) as business needs require
