How you'll help us Keep Climbing (overview & key responsibilities)
The Flight Operations ACC Tower Liaison serves as a subject
matter expert supporting Line Operations, the JFK Chief Pilot Office and Delta
Professional Services (DPS). This part-time role is based in Atlanta (ATL) and
assigned to John F. Kennedy Airport (JFK), providing operational support within
the Airport Customer Center (ACC). The Liaison plays a critical role in
real-time flight operations, ensuring coordination and communication between
pilots, ACC teams, and other operational departments.
+ Act asthe primary point of contact for pilots regarding operational issues atACC.
+ Supportpilots during safety-related events, MCC coordination, and conflictresolution.
+ Facilitatecross-divisional communication within ACC to resolve operationalchallenges.
+ Liaisewith CPO and other departments to ensure timely problem resolution.
+ Monitoroperational communication channels to mitigate disruptions.
+ Analyzeflight schedules and collaborate with ACS to identify and addressoperational impacts.
+ Monitorand assist with DOT 3/4 compliance.
+ Evaluatepushback delays for accuracy and identify operational trends.
+ Coverageis provided 7 days a week, 365 days a year.
What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)
+ Former Delta pilot.
+ Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
+ Embraces a diverse set of people, thinking and styles.
+ Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
+ Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

+ Excellentcommunication and presentation skills.
+ Proficiencyin Office 365 and Delta/DPS software.
+ Abilityto work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
+ Experiencewith Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, DBMS, OSS.
