This position contributes to our vision by:
• Cybersecurity Projects Coordination:
• Assist in coordinating and managing cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are executed within established timelines and budgets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track project progress and report updates to the CISO.
• Cybersecurity Policy and Compliance:
• Assist in the development and maintenance of cybersecurity policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Support efforts to ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and standards.
• Incident Response and Threat Management:
• Aid in monitoring and analyzing security events and incidents, reporting findings to the CISO and assisting in incident response activities.
• Assist in threat intelligence gathering and analysis to enhance the organization's cybersecurity posture.
• Conduct thorough investigations of security breaches, document findings, and develop strategies to prevent similar incidents in the future.
• Collaborate with IT teams to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities promptly.
• Security Awareness and Training:
• Assist in developing and delivering cybersecurity awareness and training programs for employees to promote a security-conscious culture.
• Collaborate with the training team to ensure effective communication of cybersecurity concepts.
• Security Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain a repository of cybersecurity-related documentation and ensure it is up-to-date and easily accessible.

Education and/or Experience
• Junior or Senior working towards or having completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is desired
• Proven experience in a cybersecurity-related role is preferred.
Knowledge/Skills
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, best practices, and industry standards
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO, CIS) and regulatory compliance (e.g., CMMC, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS)
• Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to assist in incident analysis and threat assessments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.
