+ 5+ years in IT solution architecture or automation roles, with significant hands-on experience in UiPath and/or Blue Prism; experience with Power Automate is a plus.

+ Strong understanding of automation platform setup, configuration, and administration.

+ Experience troubleshooting automation workflows and integrations.

+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

+ Ability to mentor and support delivery teams.

    Key Success Metrics

+ Automation platforms are configured for optimal performance, security, and compliance.

+ Issues are resolved efficiently, minimizing downtime and rework.

+ Positive feedback from business and technical teams on solution design and collaboration.

+ Delivery teams demonstrate improved capability and confidence through your guidance.
