    What´s the role?

     

    As a Senior Manager, B2B Channel Sales Enablement, you'll be responsible for crafting, leading, and completing strategies, programs, and tools needed to improve B2B sales channel performance. This role ensures internal and external sales teams have the capabilities, knowledge, processes, and resources needed to drive revenue growth, productivity, and a consistent enterprise customer experience

     

    How can you add value?

     

    + Develop and implement the Sales Enablement strategy for B2B channels, aligned with commercial and growth objectives.

    + Lead the creation of content, tools, training programs, and processes to enhance sales effectiveness across all channels.

    + Implement onboarding, continuous training, and certification programs to ensure mastery of products, solutions, processes, and sales methodologies.

    + Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Pricing, and Customer Care teams to ensure strategic alignment and consistency.

    + Optimize the use of CRM and digital tools to improve productivity and visibility across the sales cycle.

    + Analyze commercial performance data to identify gaps, opportunities, and continuous improvement initiatives.

    + Lead the adoption of consultative selling methodologies for the B2B segment.

    + Drive initiatives to enhance customer experience and improve interaction quality across channels.

    + Coordinate training and enablement sessions for channel partners, dealers, resellers, and internal teams.

    + Monitor KPIs related to sales effectiveness, channel performance, and return on investment for enablement programs.

    + Ensure teams have up-to-date materials (playbooks, battlecards, pitch decks, scripts, solution guides, etc.).

    + Demonstrate and ensure compliance with the Customer First Philosophy, all Liberty PR and LLA policies and procedures, including the Code of Conduct and Liberty safety standards and procedures.

    + Other functions may be assigned.

     

    What do you need?

    Education and/or Experience:

    Bachelor’s Degree is required in business administration, marketing, communications o related fields. Master's degree is preferred.

     

    6 -9 years of experience in B2B Sales, sales enablement, commercial development or similar roles.

    Other Qualifications:

    + Good communication and positive interpersonal aptitudes.

    + Fully Bilingual (Spanish and English).

    + Experience leading sales training, productivity initiatives, or channel management programs.

    + Experience in telecommunications, technology, or enterprise services industries (preferred).

    + Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).

    + Strong understanding of consultative selling strategies and pipeline management.

    + Excellent communication, facilitation, and executive storytelling skills.

    + Analytical skills to interpret commercial performance data.

    + Strong leadership and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders.

    + Strategic thinking with a continuous improvement mindset.

    + Willing to travel.
