Role Purpose:

+ This position offers an exciting opportunity for a marketing professional to make a significant impact within Carrier CHVAC.

+ As Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, enjoy exposure to both domestic and global projects, collaborating with leadership and cross-functional teams to shape integrated campaigns that drive growth and innovation.

+ This position will lead high-visibility vertical marketing initiatives while supporting global service strategies.

+ Based in Charlotte, NC, this role provides excellent career development opportunities, including advancement and involvement in enterprise-level strategic initiatives.

Role Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership

+ Integrate vertical marketing initiatives to deliver customer centric messaging and solutions.

+ Develop global service marketing strategies aligned with enterprise objectives and growth priorities.

Campaign Planning and Execution

+ Lead global and vertical campaigns ensuring cultural and sector relevance. Manage external vendors and oversee creative briefs, approvals, and ensure adherence to WHQ brand standards.

Insights and Analytics

+ Research on market trends and customer needs. Use insights to refine messaging, identify growth opportunities and advance data-driven decisions.

Content Development & Vendor Management

+ Ensure timely delivery of marketing materials tailored for specific personals including collateral, case studies, and thought leadership content. Manage external vendors for technical content creation.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

+ Partner with Sales, Product Management, Verticals and Service teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Required Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications

+ 10+ years of experience in B2B marketing

+ 5+ years of experience working within vertical marketing strategies

+ 5+ years of experience with campaign management including KPIs and metrics

Preferred Qualifications

+ Master’s Degree in Business

+ Highly preferred strong experience with CRMs (Salesforce, hubspot, etc)

+ Highly preferred strong experience with ABM campaigns

+ HVAC, Building Automation, digital solutions, or related industries experience

+ Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
