Lead Full Stack Software Engineer

Duties: Lead the creation of architectural specifications, ensuring feasibility, functionality, and integration with existing systems/platforms. Work towards enabling self service capabilities for business partners. Lead the collection and documentation of user requirements. Lead the detailed technical design and development of applications/platforms. Develop multiple technology stack capabilities. Develop specific software/platform components. Lead peer reviews of solution designs and related code for complex features. Investigate and resolve production management incidents, problems, and service requests. Lead team in production support activities of complex nature and/or Product. Maintain awareness of trends and issues in area of technical expertise
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Engineering (will accept foreign education equivalent) and seven (7) years of experience performing full stack engineering. Alternatively, Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or Engineering (will accept foreign education equivalent) and five (5) years of experience performing full stack engineering. Position requires experience in the following: Designing scalable, high-performance systems, including designing data architectures that support analytics workflows, including data lakes or data warehouses, and leveraging platforms, such as Azure Synapse Analytics. Reducing operational costs through effective resource management and enhancing system reliability. Performing data analysis, including statistical analysis or machine learning model evaluation, to derive insights and inform decision-making. Writing complex SQL queries to extract and analyze data. Developing data-driven applications, incorporating analytics dashboards or real-time data visualizations using tools like Power BIApplying agile methodologies to deliver iterative product releases, ensuring continuous feedback and improvement. Using data security practices, including data encryption and access controls, to implement secure coding standards and conducting regular vulnerability assessments for an enterprise application, ensuring compliance with industry security standards. Managing cross-functional teams on large-scale software projects and data analytics projects, including effectively communicating data-driven insights to non-technical and executive stakeholders.
Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 3 days in office/2 days remote

The wage range for applicants for this position is $136,611 to $172,200.00 per year. This role is also eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
