    We are seeking a collaborative and service-oriented Senior HR Generalist to support the full employee lifecycle in a mission-driven nonprofit organization. This role focuses on employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and HR operations while providing exceptional customer service to staff and leadership.

    Primary responsibilities include:

    + Serving as a primary contact for employee relations and HR inquiries

    + Supporting onboarding, offboarding, and HRIS data management

    + Assisting with compliance, audits, and employment law requirements

    + Maintaining accurate and confidential employee records

    + Partnering with leadership to support staff engagement and organizational goals

    Qualifications best suited for the position:

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.

    + Strong customer service orientation and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.

    + Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

    + Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

    + High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

    + Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

    + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn HRIS systems.

    Requirements

    + Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

    + A minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience (nonprofit experience preferred)
