    Responsibilities

    + **Lead and Manage:** Ensure contractual obligations are met, maintain high morale, and direct the performance of all security personnel on your shift.

    + **Scheduling and Problem Solving:** Schedule shift work, answer questions, and solve shift problems with minimal supervision.

    + **Professional Interaction:** Escort and interact with public and government personnel, and greet employees, VIPs, and the general public with professionalism.

    + **Stay Composed:** Maintain poise and self-control under stress, and assist emergency personnel as needed.

    + **Report Writing:** Construct clear, concise, and detailed reports in English.

    + **Other Duties** : As assigned

    Qualifications

    + **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent required.

    + **Experience:** Minimum of 2 years as an Access Control Officer and 1 year in management (security-related preferred).

    + **Skills:** Impeccable customer service, excellent verbal communication, and strong problem-solving skills. Proficient with computers and MS Office applications.

    + **Federal Compliance** : All persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire.

    + **Requirements:** Must be a US citizen, at least 25 years old, possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance, and have no history of illegal drug use, sale, possession, or manufacture in the past five years.
