Under limited direction, this position is responsible to perform advanced professional systems analysis work and design, develop, test, demonstrate, and maintain business process management, including workflows, processes, procedures, systems, and automation within Chief Legal Counsel’s Office, with specific focus on litigation holds and legal data. In addition to identifying and proposing changes to ongoing systems issues, the incumbent is responsible for identifying and owning work involving the coordination of multiple large-scale, complex projects to ensure Legal Counsel’s Office can complete required work in conjunction with Licensing, Background Studies, Program Integrity Oversight Division (PIO), and Digital Services Analytics and Insights (DSAI) business units. This position plans, designs, develops, implements, evaluates, and manages multiple enterprise projects through the application of business discipline, project management; and utilizes specialized methods, principles, and practices for all facets of Office of Inspector General (OIG) Legal’s work across human service programs overseen by OIG. This position ensures both process and projects’ adherence to state/federal laws, rules, regulatory compliance, and quality standards.
Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Performs ongoing analysis, review, and evaluation of organizational and administrative gaps and needs in business processes, functions, and technical/technology systems.
+ Proposes and oversees associated large-scale projects to address these needs.
+ Manages ongoing and future projects.
+ Coordinates and leads planning meetings.
+ Forms and leads the work of project teams comprised of interdisciplinary staff, process leaders, supervisors, managers, various collaborative partners, external stakeholders, contractors, and vendors.
+ Serves as a liaison across teams, service areas, administrations, and departments.
Minimum Qualifications

Three (3) years of experience managing the design, development, and implementation of projects that interface with a variety of technical systems and platforms.
AND
Experience must demonstrate the following:
+ Knowledge and experience with computer software and applications such as Salesforce, Agile Apps, Windows 10, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Smartsheet, Adobe Acrobat Pro, MS Teams, and/or Visio.
+ Utilize knowledge and application of project management principles including Lean/Six Sigma/Agile or other methodologies to oversee the completion of projects.
Preferred Qualifications
+ Understand the responsibilities of OIG Legal Counsel’s role in interacting with Licensing BGS, PIOD, and DSAI business units.
+ Create short- and long-range plans for ongoing and future projects, including estimating timelines for start-up and completion of new projects.
+ Research, collect, analyze, and synthesize data to solve ineffective business processes, workflows, procedures, and systems.
+ Develop/maintain strong professional working relationships to work collaboratively across business areas.
+ Respond flexibly to changing, evolving, and sometimes conflicting priorities and demands.
+ Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences; and understand political implications and sensitivities.
+ Prepare and provide pre-and post-project evaluations that analyze feasibility, trends, outcomes, and impacts of each project.
+ Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
