    What We Offer

     

    The EPIC Credentialed Trainer II is responsible for delivering high-quality training to both clinical and non-clinical end users on Dimensions Acute Electronic Medical Record (EMR) applications. This role ensures users are confident and competent in leveraging EMR tools to support patient care and operational efficiency.

     

    Schedule: 8:00AM – 5:00PM (On call support required, as needed).

     

    Department: EPIC Training

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Conduct comprehensive training sessions for end users across clinical and non-clinical settings.

    + Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned Dimensions applications.

    + Successfully maintain three levels of credentialing, demonstrating independent and competent proficiency in designated roles.

    + Collaborate with at least one primary application team and support cross-credentialing efforts with additional teams as needed.

    + Provide ongoing education, troubleshooting, and user support to enhance adoption and utilization of EMR systems.

    Ideal Candidate:

    + Completion of all three credentialing levels for Dimensions applications.

    + Proven ability to train diverse audiences effectively.

    + Strong communication and facilitation skills.

    + Experience in healthcare technology or EMR systems preferred.

     

    What We're Looking For

     

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, preferred.

    + Experience: 3 years Healthcare (clinical or non-clinical) and/or education/training required. 1 year Clinical operational experience in addition to above, preferred.

    + Additional skills required:

    + Demonstrated knowledge of current local, federal and state regulatory and governing standards for Learning and Development.

    + Speed to Market: Effectively works in a fast-paced work environment to deliver results.

    + World Class: Knowledgeable about HR best practices and future trends in healthcare and in industry.

    + Problem Solving: Strong analytical, critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.

    + Digital Fluency: Proficiency with virtual meetings and Microsoft Office 365, specifically Power Point, Excel and Teams. Demonstrate ability to learn and use innovative training solutions for product and process training.

    + Highly Effective Communicator: Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, appropriately and inclusively with key stakeholders at all levels. Provide communication that will contribute to and establish a climate of trust and respect to all customers.
