Respiratory therapists practice under respiratory and ventilator management protocols with a high degree of autonomy. Depending upon the facility, they perform intubations and insert a-lines.

     

    RRTs are responsible for providing safe, continuous quality patient care in a variety of settings. RRTs are early adopters of Novant Health systems, technology, and workflows.     What We're Looking For

     

    + Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 2 Year / Associate Degree, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred.

    + Licensure/Certification: Current RCP licensure in appropriate state. RRT required.
