+ Local Rate: $65/hr
+ Travel Package: $2,560 weekly gross
Schedule: 3x12s(Day 10:00am-10:30pm or Night 10:00pm-10:30am)

Position Overview
We are seeking Licensed Independent Clinical Social Workers (LICSW) orLicensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to join the launch team for a new 23 - Hour Evaluation & Treatment Center in Chehalis, WA.
Clinicians will play a pivotal role in providing rapid, trauma - informedcrisis intervention, short - term stabilization, and comprehensive clinicalassessment to individuals experiencing acute psychiatric or emotionaldistress.
This fast - paced treatment model requires strong clinicaljudgment, adaptability, and confidence working in high - acuity behavioral - healthenvironments, including Psychiatric Emergency Services (Psych ER), InpatientPsychiatry (IP Psych), crisis stabilization units, or similar settings.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure that eachpatient receives timely evaluation, risk management, and a safe, clinicallyappropriate disposition within the 23 - hour care window.
Key Responsibilities
+ Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and diagnostic assessments, including risk evaluations and individualized stabilization plans.
+ Provide crisis intervention, de - escalation, and rapid stabilization for patients experiencing acute psychiatric symptoms or emotional crises.
+ Deliver evidence - based therapeutic interventions, including CBT, DBT - informed skills, and other brief - intervention models appropriate for short - stay environments.
+ Apply trauma - informed care principles to maintain patient safety, reduce distress, and promote emotional stability.
+ Collaborate with psychiatrists, RNs, counselors, peer support, and interdisciplinary partners on treatment planning and medication evaluation.
+ Develop and implement safety plans and short - term clinical goals aligned with rapid stabilization.
+ Coordinate safe and appropriate discharge planning, including referrals to outpatient therapy, inpatient psychiatry, SUD treatment, crisis services, or community supports.
+ Complete timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and clinical progress in the EHR.
+ Participate in team huddles, clinical reviews, and workflow development to support cohesive care and successful launch of the new center.
Preferred Skills & Clinical Competencies
+ Skilled in trauma - informed care, ensuring patient safety and emotional regulation throughout treatment.
+ Proficient in CBT, DBT, and other evidence - based therapeutic modalities used in crisis stabilization.
+ Experienced in comprehensive intake assessments, diagnostic formulation, and treatment planning.
+ Strong background in high - acuity psychiatric settings, including Psych ER and IP Psych.
+ Experience working with law enforcement and first responders, including managing patients brought in by police.
+ Prior experience opening new behavioral - health units, wards, or Evaluation & Treatment centers is a significant plus.

Minimum Requirements
+ Master’s degree in Social Work from a CSWE - accredited program (required)
or equivalent master’s degree for LMHC credentialing
+ Active, unrestricted LICSW or LMHC license in Washington State
+ Minimum one year of recent behavioral - health experience
+ Current CPR certification (as applicable)
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X - ray per facility/state requirements
+ Health certificate in accordance with contract/regulatory standards
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local employment/compliance requirements
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
