Electrophysiologist – Las Vegas, NV

About this role:

Our Cardiology team in the Las Vegas and Henderson area consists of 41 cardiology providers across six clinics and six hospitals. This position would join 2 other EPs and 2 dedicated EP APPs. Here are some highlights and what you can expect day to day.

+ You would practice at one of our 3 main clinics across Las Vegas. This position is expected to mostly be housed at the Warm Springs clinic, but you could cover the other 2 clinics on an as needed basis for vacations, leaves, etc.

+ Additionally, you would cover EP needs at the Pahrump clinic once a month, which is about an hour away

+ Procedures can be done at anyone of 6 hospitals across the Las Vegas area, some with dedicated EP labs and teams

+ Your hours will be Mon-Fri ~8am-5pm

+ Call is 1:5 weekends paid in addition to a generous compensation plan

+ Walk into an existing panel of patients

How we'll support you:

**Compensation:** We offer a generous base salary PLUS a wRVU production incentive. The starting base salary is **$650,000** for the first 2 years. In year 3 your salary would bump to $750,000. There is also a quality incentive bonus of up to $100,000 annually. Additionally, we are offering a $30,000 sign on bonus. Relocation is also available if applicable.

What you’ll bring:

+ MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine

+ Fellowship trained in Cardiovascular disease and Electrophysiology

+ Board certified/eligible in Electrophysiology

+ Will consider new Fellows

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
