    Four Seasons @ Charlottesville is seeking a Clubhouse Attendant for a part time position at our Ruckersville location on Wednesday evenings.

    Summary/Objective

    To provide professional and organizational service to our residents and the Property Manager.

    Essential Functions

    • Maintain clean clubhouse

    • Notify Clubhouse Manager of any issues in a timely manner. Clubhouse Manager will perform an inspection to ensure this is occurring.

    • Ensure all residents are following the rules including their guests, in particular during events.

    • Be available to residents and check each room during your shift

    • Monitor the operational aspects of the pool (i.e. skim off bugs, make sure all equipment is functioning properly)

    • Answer telephone, greet residents and guests.

    • Be willing to assist Realtors in giving tours to prospective buyers.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work

    This is a part time position. Work hours are Wednesdays 4:00 - 9:00 p.m. with opportunities for additional hours as needed.
