Job Description:

**Schedule:** Monday – Friday with rotating on call weekend and night shifts

*1st Shift: 7:00am-3:30pm

**Work** **Location:** 5600 4th Ave NE, Minot, ND 58703

**Salary** **, based on experience and other qualifications:** $26.25 per hour

1. Performs minor building maintenance work-carpentry, electrical, plumbing,

painting, Hvac

2. Performs scheduled and preventive maintenance on building and equipment.

3. Read and interpret blueprints

4. Operate shuttle wagon, payloader, forklift, JD tractor

5. Variety of landscaping, mowing, spraying of grounds

6. Will work with 3 phase electrical system

7. Needs mechanical abilities

8. Perform safety inspections in manufacturing or industrial setting

9. Inspect machinery or equipment to determine adjustments or repairs needed

10. Understand service or repair manuals

11. Move or lift heavy objects

12. Must be available to work overtime, weekends, & be on call
