Reporting to the global Senior Product Marketing Director, you’ll lead product marketing for the US & Canada region, driving market impact across the larger accounting firms and CAS practices and Business Process Outsourcers serving midmarket clients using Sage Intacct.
This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, turning global vision into local success stories, craft compelling narratives, energizing sales teams, and partnering closely with growth, partner, and customer success teams to drive pipeline and revenue.

What Will I Be Doing?
You’ll play a pivotal role in localising and activating Sage’s product marketing strategy in North America.
Key responsibilities include:
Deliver innovative value propositions that speak to CAS/outsourced finance practices and midmarket CFO priorities.
Localize global product positioning for US & Canadian markets—aligning to regional needs and collaborating with local sales, marketing, and partner teams.
Build messaging frameworks that articulate differentiation, ROI, and business outcomes for accountants and BPOs.
Collaborate with growth teams to design country-specific GTM strategies, vertical plays, and partner programs across the region.
Produce customer-facing content (case studies, presentations, web assets) and enablement materials for sales and partners.
Collaborate with enablement teams to design exceptional partner experiences and strategies that empower firms to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge AI and automation into their finance practices.
Provide sales with timely competitive intelligence, objection handling guidance, win/loss insights, and product trends for local markets.
Develop deep market, customer, and competitor insights—informing regional strategy and influencing the global roadmap.
Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring product–market fit and local relevance across diverse markets.
Measure and optimize performance, iterating based on data and feedback.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a strategic, collaborative, and insight-driven marketer who excels at blending global direction with local expertise. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years’ experience in product or solutions marketing—preferably within SaaS or financial software—and possess a deep understanding of the North American market, with a proven ability to adapt global strategies to local needs. Strong storytelling, communication, and writing skills are essential, as is proficiency with generative AI tools and a solid grasp of AI/ML concepts. Success in developing go-to-market strategies and launching impactful products is required, alongside a collaborative mindset for working across global and regional teams. Analytical skills to transform data and insights into actionable plans are vital. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
