• Order Entry Specialist

    Job Description:

    + We are looking for an enthusiastic Order Entry Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be the key player in ensuring our customers receive top-notch service from order processing to fulfilment. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for problem-solving, we want to hear from you!

    Responsibilities:

    + Customer Focus: Review customer contracts to ensure compliance with desired terms and conditions. Monitor, analyze, and report on contract performance.

    + Coordination & Communication: Facilitate the flow of information among various groups and customers, resolving issues to meet schedule commitments and achieve customer satisfaction.

    + Representation: Act as the group’s representative in internal meetings, ensuring that all interactions reflect commitment to excellence.

    + Best Practices: Ensure orders follow execution best practices and company policies. Monitor and control order progress, financials, and resource utilization.

    + Risk Management: Identify, qualify, and manage order risks, ensuring all opportunities are pursued.

    + Continuous Improvement: Capture, analyze, and share lessons learned throughout the order lifecycle. Drive formal acceptance of orders and contract close-out.

    + Financial Oversight: Ensure timely payment and resolve any collection disputes.

    Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

    + Organized and structured approach in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

    + Ability to prioritize tasks and activities effectively.

    + Team player with a winning attitude.

    + Excellent computer skills, particularly in MS Office.

    Preferred Skills:

    + Prior industrial or technical experience is preferred.

    + Prior SAP experience is a plus.

    Education:

    + High School Diploma.
