What You’ll Do
As a Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll design and deliver programs that give our sales teams the confidence and knowledge to succeed. You’ll collaborate across product, marketing, and clinical teams to create tools and training that drive adoption and impact. This isn’t just about building content—it’s about shaping how we connect with customers and deliver outcomes that matter.
You will:
+ **Develop and own enablement programs** for new product launches, ongoing education, and sales methodology training across all Omnicell solutions.
+ **Create compelling content and tools** that drive adoption and engagement, partnering with product management, marketing, instructional design, and clinical teams.
+ **Lead training initiatives** for new hires and experienced sales professionals using blended learning approaches (virtual, synchronous, asynchronous).
+ **Collaborate cross-functionally** with sales, marketing, product, clinical consulting, and technical sales engineering teams to ensure alignment and consistency.
+ **Measure program effectiveness** through KPIs, surveys, and iterative feedback, continuously improving enablement strategies.
+ **Optimize enablement platforms and tools** to deliver resources efficiently and enhance the learner experience.
+ **Serve as a trusted advisor** to sales leadership, identifying skill gaps and recommending targeted development solutions.
+ **Champion Omnicell’s sales methodology** , ensuring consistent application across the organization.
Who You Are
You are a strategic thinker and passionate educator who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment. You bring:
+ **5+ years of combined experience** in sales enablement, product training, or related roles, ideally within healthcare technology or software.
+ Bachelors **degree** required
+ Familiarity with healthcare workflows, pharmacy automation, or clinical environments.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Exceptional **communication, facilitation, and influencing skills** , with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
+ Experience collaborating across functions and driving alignment in complex organizations.
+ Expertise in **modern learning principles and training techniques** , including digital and blended learning.
+ Strong **project management skills** with a proven ability to lead initiatives from concept to execution.
