    Hours and Location:

    + This pharmacy serves the local community **Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m** .

    How You’ll Make an Impact:

    As a Staff Pharmacist on the Specialty Pharmacy team at Omnicell, you’ll contribute to a community’s well-being, act as a trusted advisor to patients, and ensure pharmacy operations are efficient, effective, and continually improving while being a part of a global organization dedicated to innovation in medication management.

     

    + Provide exceptional and personalized patient care and pharmacy consulting services; advise and guide with empathy, confidentiality, and diligence

    + Build effective relationships with local physicians and medical community to ensure accurate and safe dispensing of medication to patients

    + Embrace a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and a drive for continual improvement, learning, and leading to provide the best possible patient care and empower the pharmacy team’s development

    + Stay informed of regulations, retail pharmacy best practices, and knowledge of specialty diseases such as Autoimmune, Oncology, Hepatitis C, HIV, and more

    What You’ll Bring

    Basic Qualifications:

    + Pharm.D. or BS Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy

    + Successful completion of state pharmacy board examination

    + Pharmacist license current and in good standing

    + Maintaining any continuing education requirements

    + Three years of experience in the practice of pharmacy

    Work Environment and Physical Demands:

    + This position is moderately active and requires standing, walking, and other movement for the duration of the shift and lifting up to 25 pounds

    + While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear

    + Ability to see distinctions in colors and shapes

    Compensation will vary based on region. For the state of Maryland only, expected pay is $120,000 - $125,000 annually, plus 9% quarterly bonus.
