    What You'll Be Doing

    + Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on plant equipment and machinery.

    + Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.

    + Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently to support plant operations.

    + Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal plant performance and uptime.

    + Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inspections.

    What Are We Looking For

    + Knowledge of maintenance and repair of diesel-powered mobile and stationary equipment with demonstrated mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

    + Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

    + Familiarity with industrial tools, welding, and fabrication techniques.

    + Commitment to safety and attention to detail.

    + Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.

    Conditions of Employment

    + Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check.

    + Must be eligible to work in the United States and comply with all company policies and procedures.

    Work Environment

    + Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

    Physical Demands of the Job

    + Frequently required to stand, walk, climb, bend, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.) in a physically demanding environment.

    + Must be able to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in varying weather conditions for extended periods.

    + Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) is required, including hard hats, safety glasses, gloves, and steel-toed boots.
