    Job Summary and Responsibilities

     

    As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

     

    Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.     + Assesses patient’s health and continuously monitors; detect changes in symptoms, health or pain, and take action as necessary; and quickly and accurately assess patient care needs

    + Responds to life saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocol

    + Sets priorities in plan of care based on assessed needs and anticipates personnel, supplies, and equipment required to care for patients based on assessed needs

    + Works collaboratively with provider to provide exceptional care

    + Administers medications, IV therapy, and treatments in compliance with policies and procedures

    + Provides patient and family education

    Job Requirements

    Required

    + Associate Of Nursing Associate’s Degree in Nursing

    + Registered Nurse: ND, upon hire and

    + Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and

    + Pediatric Advanced Life Support, within 6 - months and

    + Advanced Cardiac Life Support, within 6 - months

    Preferred

    + RN Experience

    Pay Range

    $35.62 - $52.99 /hour
