    The Part Sales Representative will be responsible for serving customers by providing information about Fanuc product and services in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner, accurately process orders and respond to customer inquiries. Communicate effectively both internally and externally to meet and exceed customer service expectations.

    Primary responsibilities will include:

    + Provide exceptional support via telephone, email, and fax to address both internal and external inquiries.

    + Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of customer orders for spare parts and repairs, ensuring all details are correct and compliant before fulfillment.

    + Prepare and deliver accurate, timely quotes to customers, ensuring clarity and alignment with their requirements.

    + Open, update, and maintain accurate account information to ensure data integrity and seamless customer service.

    + Offer detailed updates and reliable timelines to support efficient parts order management.

    + Initiate and execute required actions for order change requests, including updating order records, maintaining accurate information files, and communicating changes to relevant departments.

    + Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Accounting, Logistics, and Technical Support teams to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.

    + Expedite resolution of customer issues and complaints to ensure satisfaction and maintain service excellence.

    + Manage data input and filing processes with precision and attention to detail.

    Ideal candidate will have the following experience and education:

    + High School Diploma

    + Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in business administration or related field, preferred.

    + Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in call center operations and customer support, preferred.

    + Demonstrated excellence in communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to resolve issues and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

    + Advanced technical skills in Microsoft Windows, Excel, and Office Suite; experienced in handling diverse computer applications simultaneously to optimize productivity.

    + Professional demeanor required to represent the company effectively in all interactions.

    + Technical expertise and prior Oracle experience highly desirable.

    + Must be available to work during Call Center operating hours (7 AM to 7 PM) and accommodate overtime when required.

    FANUC American is seeking a qualified applicant for the Parts Sales Representative role. The pay range for this position is $46,509- $75,712 per year. The pay range listed is based on both salary and other compensation, including bonuses and profit sharing, that an employee may be paid during their employment with FANUC America. Benefits include medical insurance, 401k savings, paid vacation, vision insurance, dental insurance, tuition reimbursements, disability insurance, life insurance, and paid holidays.     A compensation package offered to a successful applicant will ultimately be determined by consideration of a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, an applicant’s geographic location, educational attainment, and level of experience.
