Responsibilities

This position will be responsible for maintaining a broad range of enterprise level servers, storage, security, networking, and PC equipment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in all aspects of Windows systems administration, a very strong grasp of networking fundamentals, previous experience supporting medium to large data centers, and an aggressive, detailed approach to problem-solving. Candidates must also demonstrate a strong appreciation for and knowledge of best practices in maintaining a highly secure environment. A strong background in customer service is required.

Qualifications

Education and Work Experience

+ High School Diploma Required for all new hires staring 4/1/14.

+ Bachelor's degree preferred.

+ Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.

+ MCSA Certification or MSCE Microsoft Certification preferred.

+ Two (2) or more years of applicable work experience.

+ Knowledge of servers configurations and hardware installation.

+ VMware ESX, Backup Technologies, Disaster Recovery.

+ Must be able to manage multiple projects.

+ Must be able to work independently and proactively.

+ Knowledge of Active Directory, LAN and WAN
